Hi I’m Samantha (my friends call me Sam), a seasoned HR Professional with over 20 years experience of working in Human Resources. A Chartered Member of the CIPD, I’ve seen, supported or been involved in all areas of HR / Peopley activities and scenarios. I’m now free to be your consultant of choice when it comes to HR, McGin-Lee HR is the start of your journey to great foundations and access to HR knowledge. Working in Human Resources throughout the United Kingdom, I have a vast range of expertise to share with you.

A bit about the Company name and logo
My Maiden name is McGinley, so using McGin & Lee ties the past and present together for the future.
And why choose balloons for my logo? Ever since I can remember, and I have no idea why, I have always drawn 2 balloons in any greeting card I send.
My Dad who passed away a few years ago was the first to join me in doing the same, so the balloons are my nod to him.
